My friend Macarena made me this amazing cake..its white with chocolate and cream cheese frosting and bluberries..weird combo but its amazing:)

I forgot what the swedish name for this is..but its basically a sandwich cake..elaborately decorated with cheese, shredded lettuce, egg and tomatoes..really good:)
